1.Warranty Period: Our products are being inspected before shipping. We ensure the product quality for 12 months starting from the purchase date. Claims of defect brought after the applicable Warranty Period will not be covered by this limited warranty.

2.This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of our products.

3.Return policy: If you are not satisfied with our Product that was purchased directly from www.standbyhanger.com, you may return the product within the first sixty (60) days following your receipt of the our product for a refund (or refund the applicable gift card amount if a gift card was used for your purchase), subject to the terms and conditions of this return policy.

Please keep the box that our product arrived in, along with all original packaging. If you no longer possess the original packaging, you may send back the product in your own packaging, provided it is able to safely secure the product in transit. However, we may not accept your return, and you may be disqualified from coverage under the limited warranty, if the product arrives at our warehouse with damage resulting from shipping.

4.The return policy only applies to our products purchased directly from www.standbyhanger.com. If you purchased our product through a third-party authorized retailer, any return of the product should be made through such authorized retailer’s return channels. We will not directly accept returns of the products purchased through authorized retailers.
